Recently purchased some Baker Rack. The Baker Rack shipped extremely quickly and were at my door in 10 days. The Baker Rack quality was generally good with some screw holes slightly off, but was still able to use the original hardware and everything went together and is very solid. I'm an engineer by trade and a hobby carpenter, but I decided to go store bought for this need and don't regret it. Have received a lot of compliments.

I bought the Ophelia & Co. Hendon Chrome Baker's Rack and it was just what I was looking for. You can not beat the price of this Baker Rack. I have the furniture and it looks great. These Baker Rack are PeRFeCT for me! I'm thinking of getting another color.

We ordered a Baker Rack which had been difficult to find, and when the Baker Rackarrived it was defective. Wayfair immediately granted a full credit with no hassle. It's always better as a buyer if you don't have a problem with the product, but the true mark of a company is how they handle the problems that inevitably will occur in the course of running a large business. We would absolutely order from Wayfair in the future.

I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. The wait to speak to them was very long but since everyone is working remotely it was understandable. Worth the wait. Ordered from Wayfair and will continue to do so. Recommend them to anyone.

Well I had not bought one thing online in my life and heard about Wayfair. I was moving for the first time in 24 years and decided out with the old and in with the new. I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.

Recently purchased 2 Baker Rack. One for my friend and one for me. My friend says these Ophelia & Co. Hendon Chrome Baker's Racks are soo awesome. These Baker Rack is so versatile. Easy to clean and reversible is a major advantage. Bought in black. We love our Baker Rack. I can see why he has many criticisms. Love it!!

Last purchase was a new Baker Rack. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. Then, another Baker Rack for my house and household items. I love this company and even though they aren't always the cheapest, their customer service is second to none and I will always shop Wayfair.com first.

I love love this product. This is a wonderful Baker Rack. True to its size, comfortable, very happy. I got this for my 24 year old daughter for work. She loves it! She ordered two more in different colors.
